Troubleshooting for Canon printers with 4 or more cartridges.

1. open the top cover of your printer. The cartridge holder will automatically lift up. Remove all cartridges from the holder.


2. The next step is to remove the print head. This can be easily done by lifting the lever located right next to the cartridge holder. After lifting the lever, carefully remove the print head from the printer.
